Am i able to return my items?

To ensure every item we deliver meets our quality and hygiene standards, we do not accept all products. While we accept items with 2 days, any product that is not in resellable condition will notbe received . A image of the product with tag should be sent over before returnng back to us.

Which items are ineligible for return?

Items that have been opened or worn—cannot be returned. Because these items may come into contact with bodily fluids, we prioritize the health and safety of our customers by not putting them back into stock. Additionally, any returns that appear worn, used, or damaged during our inspection process will be reported to the authorities and a refund will not be given.
