Verification of Product Supply Chain

Faith Apparel & Co. is committed to responsible sourcing and to working with suppliers that respect human rights and applicable labor standards.

Before beginning a business relationship with a direct supplier, Faith Apparel & Co. may require suppliers to acknowledge and comply with our supplier standards, including provisions addressing the prohibition of human trafficking and slavery.

Compliance Audits

Where appropriate, Faith Apparel & Co. may require direct suppliers to participate in compliance reviews or audits.

These reviews may include assessments of compliance with applicable labor standards and policies concerning human trafficking, forced labor, and slavery.

Audits may be conducted by Faith Apparel & Co. personnel or qualified independent third parties and may be scheduled in cooperation with suppliers.

Certification of Supply Chain Standards

Faith Apparel & Co. expects its suppliers to comply with applicable supplier standards and to take reasonable steps to promote compliance throughout their own supply chains.

Supplier agreements may contain provisions requiring suppliers to maintain appropriate labor and ethical sourcing practices and to communicate applicable requirements to relevant business partners.

Internal Accountability

If Faith Apparel & Co. identifies a supplier violation of applicable supplier standards, we may require the supplier to implement a corrective action plan.

The supplier's progress may be reviewed through follow-up assessments.

Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, failure to make appropriate improvements may result in additional corrective measures, suspension of business, or termination of the business relationship, where appropriate.

Internal Training

Faith Apparel & Co. may provide employees and relevant personnel with training concerning responsible sourcing, ethical business practices, human trafficking, forced labor, and applicable supply-chain requirements.

Personnel involved in supplier oversight may receive additional training appropriate to their responsibilities.

Our Commitment

Faith Apparel & Co. is committed to continually improving the transparency and responsibility of its supply chain.

We expect our business partners to share our commitment to ethical conduct, respect for human rights, and compliance with applicable laws.
