1. ABOUT SIX STARS MARKETPLACE
Six Stars Marketplace ("Six Stars Marketplace," "we," "us") operates the e-commerce marketplace at www.faithapparel.co (the "Platform"). Six Stars Marketplace sells its own products and permits approved third-party sellers ("Vendors," "Sellers") to sell products to customers.
By creating a Seller account or participating as a buyer in our loyalty program, you agree to these Terms.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate legal name, business information, contact, and payout information.
3. SELLER FEES - OPTION A: EXACT TEMU RANGE
Six Stars Marketplace follows Temu's seller-friendly model:
NO LISTING FEES. NO MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION FEES.
3.1 Commission (Referral Fee) - Exact Temu Range:
a) Consignment Model: You supply products at a wholesale price. Six Stars Marketplace sets the retail price and handles warehousing and fulfillment.
Commission: 2% to 5% per sale.
b) Semi-Managed / Self-Ship Model: You set the retail price, manage your listing, and ship orders yourself.
Commission: 8% to 15% per sale, depending on category:
• Fashion / Apparel / Accessories: 10% - 15% • Home & Kitchen / Beauty / General Merchandise: 10% - 14% • Electronics / Other Categories: 8% - 15%
Your exact category commission is displayed in your Seller Center before you publish a listing. Temu does not publish a fixed public rate card, and neither do we - always confirm your rate in Seller Center.
3.2 Transaction Fee: 0.3% per successful transaction for payment processing.
3.3 Fulfillment Fee (If you use Six Stars Fulfillment): $0.50 - $3.00 per unit based on weight and volume.
4. PAYOUT SCHEDULE - MONTHLY
Payouts are made monthly. All cleared funds from the previous calendar month (total sales minus commission, transaction fees, refunds, chargebacks, and any return reserves) will be paid by the 15th of the following month to your registered payout account.
Minimum payout threshold: $20.00
You are responsible for your own income taxes. Valid tax documentation (W-9 / W-8BEN) is required.
5. ORDERS, SHIPPING, RETURNS
5.1 You must confirm orders within 24 hours and ship with valid tracking within your stated handling time.
5.2 You are responsible for accurate inventory.
5.3 Returns: 30-day return policy for buyers. You must accept returns for defective, damaged, or not-as-described items. Return amounts will be deducted from your next monthly payout.
5.4 Excessive cancellations, late shipments, or counterfeit complaints will result in penalties or removal.
6. CUSTOMER LOYALTY PROGRAM - SIX STARS MARKETPLACE XP
6.1 Buyers at www.faithapparel.co earn 1 Level Point per $1 spent on eligible merchandise (excludes gift cards, shipping, taxes).
6.2 Levels: Level 1: 0-750 | Level 2: 751-2,500 | Level 3: 2,501-7,500 | Level 4: 7,500+
Level 1 requires registration only, no purchase required.
6.3 Points expire 365 days after credit. Members must requalify each calendar year or be downgraded.
6.4 Tokens and Prime Tokens have no cash value, are non-transferable, non-tradable, and viewable in the Six Stars Marketplace APP only.
7. PROHIBITED PRODUCTS & CONDUCT
No counterfeit, stolen goods, illegal items, weapons, or IP-infringing products. No diverting buyers off www.faithapparel.co to avoid fees. No fake reviews or point manipulation.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You grant Six Stars Marketplace a royalty-free license to use your product images, descriptions, and trademarks to market your products on www.faithapparel.co.
9. TERMINATION
You may close your account with 14 days notice after fulfilling open orders. We may suspend or terminate immediately for violations. Upon termination, funds are held for 30 days for returns/chargebacks, then included in the next monthly payout.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Platform provided on an "AS IS" basis. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 3 months prior to the claim or $100, whichever is greater.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Contact: Services@faithapparel.co. Informal resolution for 30 days required. US claims: Binding individual arbitration via AAA, waiver of class actions and jury trial. Non-US claims: Courts of Georgetown, Guyana. Small claims court remains available.
12. CHANGES
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified 14 days in advance via email or Seller Dashboard. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
